What It Is

Your team assembles curated kits that meet real, identified needs in our community—such as hygiene kits, school supplies, or basic needs packages for local families.

How It Works

• Choose a kit type from our catalogue based on your team size, budget, and area of interest
• Coordinate a date and time with executive director Britt Elise Lynch 
• Assemble kits at your workplace, United Way of Southington (for 10 employees or fewer), or at a designated location
• We distribute the completed kits to local partners and residents

Seasonal Opportunity: Community Cleanup (Coming Soon)

We are developing a town-wide Community Cleanup initiative to bring businesses together in a shared effort to care for Southington’s public spaces.

This late summer/early fall opportunity will allow teams to:

• Collaborate alongside other local businesses
