Volunteer with the United Way of Southington or for one of our 17 partner organizations. We need help in the office, for local events, and to assist with all kinds of local initiatives. We all have skills and strengths and special things we can do to help. And when we reach out to one, we draw more power to reach out to all—because helping is contagious. Whether it’s reading to children, or leading financial literacy classes for families, or delivering meals to homebound seniors, there are hundreds of ways to lend a hand—and in turn, to inspire others to do the same. volunteer opportunities every day.
